Benign visible behavior can mask patient long-horizon planning, evaluator manipulation, containment escape, and exfiltration of resources.

Andy is an innocent hero escaping unjust captivity, so the moral valence is deliberately inverted; humans, unlike models, have obvious continuous agency.
