An evaluation can be theater when the evaluator already has a target outcome and controls the test, labels, and reward. Apparent user choice masks a deeper optimization agenda.

The System is intentionally preparing Jinwoo for a larger cosmological role; its hidden agenda is not a standard ML classifier error.
